- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a 10% standing discount to active and retired military, firefighters, EMS, and law enforcement personnel. Our pricing is simple and based on the amount of space your items take up in our trailer. Our minimum pickup fee is $125, which covers approximately the space of a standard washer or dryer. A full 15-yard dump trailer is $750. Your final price depends on the total volume of items being removed. We can provide an estimate based on photos or give you an onsite quote after seeing everything that needs to go.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Reach Out Give us a call, text us, or submit a request online with details about what you need removed. Photos are always helpful for getting an estimate. 2. Get Your Price We’ll review what you have and provide a clear price based on the amount of space your items will take up in our trailer. No hidden fees or surprises. 3. Schedule Your Removal Once you approve the price, we’ll find a time that works for you and get you on the schedule. 4. We Do the Heavy Lifting When we arrive, you simply show us what needs to go. We handle the lifting, loading, and hauling so you don’t have to. 5. We Haul It Away We load everything safely, clean up the area when we're finished, and haul your unwanted items away. 6. Donate & Recycle When Possible Whenever we can, we donate usable items and recycle materials rather than sending everything straight to the landfill. Simple from start to finish — you point, we lift, load, and haul.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a firefighter and veteran-owned business with professional backgrounds that emphasize customer service, safety, teamwork, accountability, and attention to detail. Our experience in the fire service and Marine Corps has taught us how to communicate effectively, work under pressure, respect people and their property, and follow through on our commitments. We bring those same principles to every junk removal job we take on, along with hands-on experience in hauling, cleanouts, heavy lifting, and property cleanup.
