Made an appointment for 05/11/23. No one called texted Joe showed up. They contacted me to confirm for the next day (05/12/23) and “again” - no one called, texted nor showed up. I cannot believe some of the people Thumbtack allows on its platform! It’s always a hit or miss and this company is a MISS, as in: MIA.
