- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At GroundLux Scapes, our process is designed to be simple, efficient, and stress-free from start to finish. We begin with a free on-site consultation where we walk the space with you, listen carefully to your vision, and fully understand your expectations. Then we take precise measurements, check ground grading, and evaluate every detail to ensure nothing gets missed. Within 30 minutes, you’ll have a customized design plan, a clear price breakdown, and solutions to any potential problems,no hidden fees, no delays. If everything looks good, we provide a formal agreement on-site and schedule your installation date right away so we can get started as soon as you're ready. Our goal is to deliver clarity, confidence, and results from the very first visit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I bring over 15 years of hands-on construction experience, including years of working as a subcontractor for well-known and respected outdoor living brands across Texas. This background has given me deep knowledge in materials, design, and installation techniques and most importantly, the ability to identify and work only with the best products and collaborators in the industry. I’m also formally certified by the Concrete Masonry & Hardscape Association (CMHA) in multiple areas, including: ICPI Interlocking Concrete Paver Installer MSV Manufactured Stone Veneer Installer SRW Segmental Retaining Wall Systems NDS Certified Drainage Contractor I have extensive training in the 2018 ICC/IRC construction code, which ensures all our work meets or exceeds professional standards. In addition, I’ve specialized in synthetic turf installation for over 8 years, which has given me the expertise to deliver flawless turf projects with long-term performance and aesthetic value.
