- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer two levels of pricing. The first is based on the final runtime of the finished video and the amount of production hours. These videos typically consist of video footage set to music with simple motion graphics, 1-3 minutes in length. The second level, typically more complex projects, is based on concept. This pricing takes into account many factors such as actors, set design, props, specialized graphics, and voice-over talent. On all levels, we strive to bring you a high-quality video at an affordable cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always start every project with a get-to-know each other session and creative brainstorm. We strive to really understand the goals of our clients in order to give them the most effective video for their needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 20 years collective experience in the video, television, and film industry. Timothy Stevens has a bachelors degree in film and television production, plus more than 5 years experience working on national cable networks as a writer and producer. John Francis McCullagh has been working in the industry for over 10 years on all levels, from video editing, shooting, to performing. We each have extensive experience in video production, editing, motion graphics, writing and directing.
