Micah was extremely professional and polite. He finished the job quickly without cutting any corners. He also helped me lift the old toilet and place it by the garbage which I really appreciated. He was very transparent with his prices and his pricing was very reasonable. Great value and service. I would definitely hire him again.

Dean did an exceptional job at our business. He replaced shutoffs, toilets, p-traps, and a faucet, and even diagnosed an issue with our water main shutoff that was later repaired by the city. We highly recommend Thomson Plumbing for all of your residential and commercial needs.

Dean recently fixed my backyard spigot, and I couldn’t be more impressed with his professionalism and efficiency. He provided an upfront estimate over the phone before arriving, and once on-site, he confirmed the cost and completed the work quickly and skillfully.

What stood out most was his cordial demeanor and willingness to accommodate an earlier appointment due to the emergency nature of the issue. It’s rare to find someone so reliable and customer-focused. I highly recommend Dean for any plumbing needs!

After some renovation work, I needed a gas line re-routed and Dean was able to come out and get me back up and running the same day! Very friendly and easy to work with. Will use them again!
