- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We typically charge by the hour. If the service call is over 50 mile radius.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing Datatex will do for a new customer is setup an initial meeting to assess the computer environment at the location. We will then provide a bid to the customer to solve any issues. Once customer accepts we will fix the issue. We want to make sure every customer is happy with our service!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Datatex was founded in 1975 by Charles Conley. Charles is a graduate of Texas A&M University. Charles has over 40 years of experience in the field. His son, Josh Conley, grew up in with the business and has over 20 years of experience in the industry.
