The technician responded to the work order quickly, arrived on time and quickly set to work with troubleshooting and repairing in-wall networking and a patch panel which had been previously installed. He left every aspect of the network in top shape, even printing out a new label for the patch panel. I will always reach out to him first for technical and electrical work in the future.

I hired them for a job to terminate Ethernet cables, on a new construction. Unfortunately I should have double checked their work because they didn't terminate one end and I didn't notice until after we had moved in. I contacted them about this however their no longer in the state and won't be for months. So now I'm out of having my cord terminated because they are no longer here. I would just be cautious about hiring them because of you run into issues, you won't have any reliable way to get it rectified.
