Felix and his team did a PHENOMENAL job. They were incredibly easy to work with, and while their pricing is a little high, it is worth it. Felix came for an initial site assessment, and went over what he could and couldn’t do (reasonably of course). We reached out for a quote for service in Dallas and we live in Austin. The service was for our daughter and install for a wired security system install..we have been through it with unreliable, unprofessional, money hungry and opportunistic people and businesses.
Felix & his brother we’re punctual, courteous and explained everything to her based on the agreed plan. The sight lines and angles for her camera are spot on and she was shown how to use her app. My daughter is very happy with her system and Felix’s work. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am able to negotiate reasonably with any budget. Service discounts apply for multiple rooms, lines, screens, and other equipment. I am very competitive and willing to beat out other offers without sacrificing the quality of work. A small fee applies to credit card payments.

Ten years of audio/video applications and installation.
