What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is always contingent on scope provided and confirmed upon site visit. We will do our best to quote a flat rate prior to arrival on site.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I personally like to come out to site to meet the customer and go over all services we provide. Del Mar Services is a very diverse business. While we are primarily targeting commercial and household cleaning on Thumbtack we also have an entire construction division.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All new employees are placed with a veteran on our team to learn the Del Mar Services standard. Give us a shot and I can guarantee we will exceed your expectations.
