My air conditioner stopped cooling my home and, after calling numerous other companies, all said it would be 2 - 3 days before they could get a technician to take a look at it. I called Vanderford and they had a tech out within the hour and after about 15 minutes the problem was diagnosed and repaired. Very quick response and professional service. Both VERY necessary in this Texas heat! I highly recommend them for their quality and punctuality! Thank you!

Although technician was on the later end of the expected time arrival, he was very thorough in evaluating the system. Clearly put thought forward on first steps, next steps, etc. this is just the beginning of our A/C journey but so far it appears to be headed in a better direction.

Competitive rates. Technician answered all questions patiently. A full replacement of the HVAC system was scheduled just 2 days after inspection and completed before lunch. The area was spotless when they left. Great experience from start to finish.

Air went out Thursday night, tech came the next day and confirmed with us that our AC unit from 2006 and heater that was even older was officially dead (we knew it didnt have much life left). Ben talked us through the purchase of a new unit and was able to add 2 new vents to bathrooms that had none (old house) and 2 air intakes in much better locations. We had planned to be out of town for five days and they were able to come in (with the help of a neighbor) and have unit completely up and running by Monday evening. Outstanding service. We highly recommend!!
