- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Free estimates. Pricing is based on fence type, footage, gate needs, removal/haul-off, and site access. We give clear upfront pricing with no hidden fees, and all work is quoted before the job starts. Repairs, full replacements, and new installations are priced separately so you only pay for the work you need.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a free estimate to assess the project, take measurements, and understand the customer’s needs. Then we provide clear upfront pricing and explain the recommended scope of work, materials, and timeline. Once approved, we schedule the job, complete the work professionally, clean up the area, and finish with a final walkthrough to make sure the customer is satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our training comes from real-world hands-on construction and fence work experience. We have practical knowledge in fence repair, new fence installation, gate work, post replacement, tear-out, and safe jobsite practices. This field experience helps us provide solid workmanship, reliable recommendations, and professional results for each customer.
