- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try to maintain competitive pricing and also offer discounts to teachers, seniors, first responders, military and more.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A customer typically fills out the form on our website. Then we will come out and discuss what needs to be done and provide you with a detailed estimate free of charge. If you agree to the terms we will then schedule the work. On the day of work we will come out and perform the required services. Once completed we send you an invoice for payment. If satisfied you leave us a glowing review.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner has been doing this for over 15 years and has passed down that knowledge and skills to employees.
