Everything was perfect. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I moved my mom from Austin to senior living in Dallas. Since we were downsizing, I wanted some things delivered to my house. That was not a problem. Chris did a wonderful job with the moving. Arrived exactly when he said he would. We encountered some problems at the nursing home. The borrowed furniture had not been moved to storage so Chris and his partner moved that furniture out and my mom's in. Nothing was damaged. They are top on my list the next time I need a good mover. Also, a shout out to Shane. She and I texted a lot and she answered all of my questions. Then when we spoke on the phone she was even more helpful and found me an earlier date to move. Plus, we were 100% on target with the estimate. What more could you ask for?

What an amazing moving experience!! I have a crazy schedule so Shane helped me coordinate via email and was prompt to call during the brief window I was available. Chris and the guys showed up exactly on time and completed my move from a first floor apartment to a second floor apartment in just 90 minutes! The guys even loaded my washer and dryer into a truck to be hauled off by a friend as a courtesy. What a simple process. I signed up for the clean up services as well. Shane gave me a call the next morning to explain traffic and even with traffic, she was only 2 minutes later than expected. I had to go to work, but when I returned, I couldnt believe it. I had never been able to get the stove or lights that clean! It was absolutely move in ready. All I had to finish was filling in my pin holes in the wall from photos. When I handed in the keys, the maintenance guy couldnt believe how spotless the place was. Worth absolutely every penny I spent-and it came in EXACTLY as quoted. If/when I have to move again, Shane and Chris will be getting the return business. I can't tell enough people how smooth and easy the process was. BEST MOVE EXPERIENCE EVER!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All hourly rates include the number of movers/trucks listed, trucks arrive with premium quilted moving pads/shrink wrap to protect items, furniture disassembly/assembly, equipment and dollies to maximize efficiency. Please make sure to mention any specialty items during your initial call so we can ensure we send the right equipment for the job.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a 5 to 10 minute client phone consultation to get the specific details of their project down and make recommendations on truck size and team needed. For packing service or projects with special details we are happy to provide an onsite estimate. After you evaluate our estimate and we work with you to create a custom moving plan to suit your needs, all it takes is a phone call and your contact details to secure your appointment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
High School Diploma or GED is a prerequisite for employment, as well as background screening. Once we hire a new member to our team we have them do onsite training for packing and moving before we have them in the field.
