FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My main focus is helping Sellers and Buyer with their residential sales and purchases with an emphasis on customer service from the beginning to well beyond the closing. I also own Gator Finn Properties LLC where I buy Foreclosures mainly, remodel them in areas of the home where I will get the best ROI, then List them asap. I mention this because I've done well with it and feel this experience along with the relationships I've built with contractors could be very helpful. Also potential helpful, after College I spent ten years in the Mortgage Industry (8 years longer than I planned). Depending on your plans I could refer you to a few banks for that particular loan.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My parents and both siblings have had their Real Estate Licenses for most of my life. My Father has been a Broker and my oldest brother is an Agent. My Mother and other Brother have theirs for investment purposes. So naturally, being around them and the many other Realtors they knew I was influenced. However, I not only saw their successes, I learned of their pains as well. Aside from the obvious, obtaining more Clients, undeniably the largest complaint is the disconnect between Realtors and Mortgage Officers. For this reason, in college, I majored in finance then became a Loan Officer with the intention of only working in that position for two years before I would become a Realtor. However, I really enjoyed the Finance Industry, so it ended up taking me ten years to transition to the family business.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The types that appreciate the fact that I go above and beyond and show that appreciation by telling their friends and family.
