- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing varies from project to project. Our pricing strategies are simple only two strategies. We aim to make our customer feel positive about our business to feel good about the upcoming project. And we aim for our customers to choose our company over our competitors by establishing a relationship that will make our customers choose us again. This establishes brand loyalty and encourages discounts on upcoming projects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Blanc Construction strategically focuses on interacting with a new client face to face. This is vital, both the client and the contractor build a relationship and this leads to trustworthiness. We listen to our clients and address all concerns. We exceed expectations and deadlines, furthermore, we only strive to satisfy our customer's needs and concerns.
