FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing depends on the type of damage, the scope of work, and the services needed. We believe in being upfront and clear about pricing so customers understand the work being recommended and why it is needed. In many cases, restoration work may involve insurance, and we make sure documentation is handled professionally to help the process move smoothly. Our goal is to provide quality work, honest communication, and fair pricing based on the actual needs of the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process starts with learning what happened, assessing the damage, and determining what immediate steps are needed to protect the property. From there, we explain the plan clearly, document everything, and begin the necessary mitigation work. We keep the customer informed throughout the process so they know what to expect and what comes next. If repairs are needed after mitigation, we can also handle the rebuild, which makes the process more efficient and less stressful by keeping everything under one roof.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are IICRC certified, which means our work follows recognized industry standards for restoration. We also have hands-on experience in fire, water, and mold restoration, along with a background in insurance adjusting that helps us understand documentation, scope, and the claims process. That combination allows us to approach projects with both technical knowledge and a clear understanding of what customers are dealing with during a loss.
