Maurice the tech. Diagnosed our front load washer and dryer for the issues of our concern. He was most definitely well versed on our LG models. Although no repair was deemed, he didn't try to charge us for something we did not need. He did clean out dryer inside and out and recommended someone who could clean out our vent. All in all, Maurice is a kind person and a professional technician who really knows his product service.
