after a bad experience with another vendor, i called modern appliance for service; they sent Arturo Mora to take care of the problem i had with my gas dryer; Arturo came, diagnosed the problem, found the replacement parts needed, which was not easy because my dryer is 24 years old; he came back with the teplacement pc board, installed it and my dryer is now working like new! Arturo saved me a ton of money $$$; Thank you very much, Arturo!!! You are a real professional.

Maurice the tech. Diagnosed our front load washer and dryer for the issues of our concern. He was most definitely well versed on our LG models. Although no repair was deemed, he didn't try to charge us for something we did not need. He did clean out dryer inside and out and recommended someone who could clean out our vent.

All in all, Maurice is a kind person and a professional technician who really knows his product service.
