- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices can vary depending on what is required. The service charge is $85 after the appliance has been diagnosed the cost for labor and part will be given to repair the unit. We strive to get you what is needed or give an honest opinion if it's worth repairing or not
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Gather information about what they're experiencing with the appliance. Get a model and serial number to have a better chance in getting the unit up and running on the first visit
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
