Dan came exactly at the time he said he would arrive on a Friday afternoon. We bought a Kenmore Elite refrigerator from Sears and our 5 year warranty on it had just expired so of course, Sears would not cover any repairs on it. This fridge had already gone out 4 different times during the 5 years and we spent almost 3,000.00 dlls. on it. Sears sent their repair technicians, A&E services, and their estimate was almost 4 times higher than what Dan from Simply Appliance quoted me. Sears also said it would take up to 2 weeks to get it fixed. Like I said before, Dan came in on a Friday afternoon, 4pm, diagnosed the fridge and gave us a quote. We asked him how long it would take and he answered "I can fix it tomorrow, Saturday." I couldn't believe it. He showed up early Saturday morning and started to work. He had all the parts that were needed, a compressor, evaporators, and other parts and immediately started to work on my fridge. He was done in about 2 hrs. This gentleman is very professional. He explained exactly what was wrong with the refrigerator and told me how exactly the parts should be working. He answered every question that both my wife and I asked him and he never once pressured us to do the job. We gave him the go ahead to do the repair. Our fridge is working excellent right now and it's been a little over a week that he did the job. Hopefully, it'll keep working like that. I would definitely recommend Dan from Simply Appliance for any fridge repairs. He also told us that he works on dryers, washers, and dishwashers so now we have his phone # in our contact list. Another thing, he is a worker that keeps the area very clean and made sure that every drawer, shelf, and the other bins were all in good working condition. Dan was very professional, answered all my questions, took his time trying to figure out what was wrong with my dishwasher, he fixed it, explained what the problem was. As of now I’ve had no problems with my dishwasher!

I would choose all 5 options if I could. He was the 4th person I had called to fix my problem (which turned out to be more than a leaky fridge), and he responded readily. He continued communication throughout the day as he was on another job and had to push me an hour later. He showed up, assessed the issue and began working right away. He was a clean worker and very knowledgeable. I will definitely be using him again and have already recommended him to family and friends.
