- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My consultation fee is $30.00 dollars. This covers personally coming to your location, diagnose the issue and attempt to resolve it. Most issues can be resolved within 1 hour. If your issue can be resolved within 1 hour the consultation fee can cover the labor costs. If the issue needs more time to resolve or if it requires parts I can quote you.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Computer repair, software training, and data recovery.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure the at least have a CompTIA A+ Certification. It is the minimum industry standard certification that a computer technician is expected to have.
