Response time was great. My service request was addressed in less than five minutes of me sending out the Thumbtack message. I sent a picture, they got the part and my repair (two restroom exhaust fans who’s motors had burnt out) was complete that same morning. The electrician that was sent to my home was very professional. The fans are working and I have a one year warranty. Overall satisfied.
