Tony re-tiled an area around the bathroom window that was old and moldy--looks like new. He is an excellent tiler and charges a fair price. I am using him on a regular basis for repairs on my rental properties.

This wasn't a good experience for me. Tony is a nice guy and was very polite, but he couldn't figure out why my doorbell wasn't working. He spent far too long on this (about 4 hours!) and ended up calling in some help. They didn't figure it out either, but instead installed a wireless doorbell, which I didn't really want. Their job was okay except for them putting a hole in my wall before checking to see if the signal would reach from that location, which it did not. I was the one who asked if they had made sure it would get the wireless signal from there before putting holes in my walls. Obviously I was not happy about that. Tony did a decent job on replacing some of the warped wood around my garage door and painting it. I doubt I would call him again. I need a handyman that is capable of handling any job I need to have done, and in my opinion he isn't that qualified for that. Also he was at my house from 8:30a until after 6p on a Saturday for these two jobs, which if he had known how to fix the doorbell to begin with would have not taken more than a few hours to complete both.
