- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our rates are based off an estimated time to complete your service at our premium standards. Discounts for recurring customers are given on the 2nd service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always prefer to do quotes in person, however we will always do our best to give the best estimate on length of time and type of service we can offer. Customers can expect that a first time cleaning will almost always take longer than any future cleanings as long as the home is maintained in between services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 25 years in the service & hospitality industry. Additionally our team has experts in areas of home repair/maintenance, outdoor property maintenance, and pool cleaning & service. Our team members are all trained on safety & proper use of our cleansers. All of our team members are CPR/First Aid Certified.
