Aaron communicated with me in a timely manner. The morning of the service he let me know that he was on his way. He was professional, brought his own tools. Had a conversation with me which was nice and personable of him. Picked all items up that needed to be hauled away once taking apart my treadmill. I let him know that I might have another item that I may need removed and I will definitely contact him again.

I hired him to discard some tree trimmings I had in my backyard. He didn't park his trailer where I had recommended him to so in order to make the job easier for him. He did the bare minimum as far as the job was concerned by not raking up the leftover leaves from the trimming and at least placing them in a receptacle that was already within arms reach of the job site but oh well. Upon payment and while leaving he damaged a front patio area that might have never happened if he had only parked where I had asked him to. The following day he sent someone to repair the damage which only made it look worse. Overall a terrible experience with this pro and Thumbtack.
