- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Monthly training plans to train three times a week is $179/mo. Monthly training plans to train six times a week is $209/mo. Monthly two for 1 training plans to train up to six times a week is $249/mo. *All training plans include personalized meal plans.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a Fitness Assessment and full body analysis. A fitness program and personalized meal plan is then created.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certifications as a Personal Trainer and Sports Nutritionist. Currently working on additional Personal Training Certifications with other accreditations.
