I hired them for a move-in cleaning to make the house ready before our movers came. The floors and bathrooms were in great condition. They cleaned the carpet very well on the stairs. Several light fixtures and fans we found to be dusty. We found most of our cabinets dirty, inside and out, all throughout the house (kitchen, bathrooms, laundry room). I asked and they said they cleaned them, but I still spent hours cleaning them myself. They were supposed to come back to clean the items they missed, but didn’t get back to me. They did spend 7 hours cleaning, but had only quoted me for 6, and didn’t raise their price in the end. I’d say, hire them for a standard house cleaning, but not a move in or move out cleaning, unless you are there to go over very specifically your expectations and standards of cleaning before you move in. We moved from out of town and didn’t get to do that. It is possible they underestimated what it would take to clean our cabinetry, but they did a walk through to give me a quote before they cleaned, so I would put the responsibility on them to look at the home thoroughly for a proper estimate.
