I realize everyone's time is valuable, but when a plumber is scheduled to show up at 1:30 and it's 3:30 shouldn't a call to the customer be in order. Apparently it wasn't, so I called him and he told me would be here in 1 hour. He didn't show and didn't call. I called him the following morning and got no answer. I left him a message saying I will be unavailable after 11:00 that if he couldn't be here by 10:00, don't bother coming. Never heard another word from him, scheduled a real professional to do the job. I understand that things happen and jobs run over schedule, but there is no reason what so ever to not call the customer that has been waiting for hours and let them know there is a delay. I will not call this plumber again.
