Christian kept me apprised of his travel and arrival time. When he arrived he quickly assessed the problem and offered solutions. When there was a subsequent issue, he didn't stop troubleshooting until he found the culprit. He also followed up to make sure everything remained functional after he left and the following day. Would use him again!!!
