Segura's team is very flexible. I live in another city and I will be in Austin area in certain day and Segura could accomodate that.
I purchased a water heater from Home Depot and Segura helped me replace it. After installation, they waited for half an hour on the spot to make sure there is hot water before they leave.
They charge a very reasonable price as well. Glad that I hired them

I called Segura's to install a water pressure valve and replace the water heater's in/out flow pipes. They showed up on time, did a clean and nice job for a reasonable price.

I can’t say enough about how much I appreciate Segura’s Plumbing. My gas tankless water heater went out yesterday afternoon, and Segura quickly responded to my request for help. They showed up today (less than 24 hours later) and installed a brand new water heater in 2 hours. As a woman, I often feel like I’m getting quoted exorbitant prices with the assumption that I don’t know how much things cost. Segura gave me a fair price on labor and picked up the new water heater for me. They broke down their price between labor and materials so I knew exactly what I was paying for. They even unclogged my sink while they were here. I will absolutely use them again for all my plumbing needs. I’m so relieved to have hot water again! 10/10
