This is a family business that has treated me like family. After our house fire they installed a complete system including duct work. He doesn't spend money on advertisement but is big on giving back to the community especially those in real need. He personally backs the works of his servicemen. If there is a problem he will personally make it right. I have experienced all of this. His prices are indeed fair amd competitive. Even his office staff are friendly, helpful, make you feel like family as well. No sales presure just great listeners to find out just what you need. I am so glad I joined the family of their customers.

As usual, I received prompt and professional, and friendly, service. In about 30 minutes he had identified the problem with my back heating unit and repaired the problem. He then cycled the unit off and on about 15 times. He also strapped a vent into the laundry that had come loose.Good job, as usual!

So impressed with Shirley Air! We are in the process of renovating a house we need to move into soon, and when the bathroom remodel started we realized we needed to make major changes and fast. They took care of us completely in a super timely fashion. This included removing our old unit from above the shower and installing a new unit in the attic with all new ducts and vents. The guys doing the work were knowledgeable and courteous, and they worked very hard. I should add we chose to call them because the did a great job installing 2 new AC units for us in another home a few years back. I know who I will call and refer others to for any AC needs in the future.

The technician was friendly and easy to talk to. After trying for 15-2.0 minutes to reach the top section of the duct, he found that our dryer duct was broken behind the walls. He took several pictures and showed me where the broken area was and recommended to have it fixed. I liked the way this technician communicated the issues to me so I trust him, and I will have the company come back and replace the entire dryers duct for me.

Fair-competitive-worth it!! We give discounts to Teachers-First Responders-veterans an Active military and Healthcare workers (nurses-doctors etc.) and law enforcement. Thank you for your service!!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Asking a lot of questions about how they want their HVAC unit to work-what kind of energy savings do they want-are there any breathing issues in the family ( asthma-COPD etc).
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
HVAC license and years in the field ( still in field regularly).
