I typically don't get a chance to provide reviews on business services, but Shirley Air and their technician Stranton deserve a big kudos. We are a small business in DFW, with multiple locations, and in the 12+ years we have never had any good experience whatsoever with multiple commercial HVAC companies. They almost always misdiagnose the issue, overcharge, throw parts at the problem in the hopes it gets fixed. I'm happy to say that when Shirley Air came out, they were on time, took the time to check everything, found the issue, explained it in detail and with the utmost confidence, and repaired it the same day. The technician was super professional. We will be using Shirley Air from here on out. Thanks.

Fair-competitive-worth it!! We give discounts to Teachers-First Responders-veterans an Active military and Healthcare workers (nurses-doctors etc.) and law enforcement. Thank you for your service!!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Asking a lot of questions about how they want their HVAC unit to work-what kind of energy savings do they want-are there any breathing issues in the family ( asthma-COPD etc).
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
HVAC license and years in the field ( still in field regularly).
