- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We truly enjoy new customers! We love working with new ideas and different styles. When we first meet a customer, we want to find out as much detailed information about their project as we can. What do they want done? Do they have certain colors? Are they interested in exploring different options or do they have a detailed plan regarding materials? After we have a good idea of exactly what their dream remodel looks like, we would come to the home/business to give a free estimate. Our number one priority is the satisfaction of our customers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We take pride in our work. We have been a company for over 10 years and have had multiple years of experience in the flooring, remodeling industry. Our representatives have worked every part of remodeling from material sales to the installation labor. We have a vast amount of knowledge in our flooring products and installation and what’s best for the customization of your home/business.
