FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of the time it is better for us to see the roof or project so we know what it will take. there are a lot of variables that we need to look at to give an accurate quote. If you know the number of squares your roof is, what type of roof, the number of pipe jacks, etc. then we could give you a more accurate quote without having to look.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Re roofing is the most common thing we do. Most of the other projects come as a result of a good roofing experience.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When it comes to roofers cheaper is not always better. Alot of times it is better to look for relationship or integrity over a lower number.
