We had a massive storm in our town and called Valley Ridge. Jeff Ramsay came out and helped us assess the damage to our barn and made the whole process so easy. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price every job as competitively as possible. We do a free inspection/evaluation then we can price the job the same day.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule inspection/evaluation with our customer on a timeline that works best. The inspection is completed on our customers schedule and then a competitive price is provided the same day. If we win the job we will get on the schedule as soon as possible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have gone through the certifications for Certainteed shingles, Owens Corning shingles and GAF shingles. Also certified with Versico Single Ply roof systems and all roof systems with Johns Manville.
