- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer free filter cleans for the first 50 new customers of 2026! Prices are billed ahead of time for the month, ex. January service bill is due Jan 1st. We offer military and first responder discounts, please inquire for details.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Would like to get the customers contact information and any info the customer can provide to help with the project associated. Arrange a in person meeting to walk the property and give a estimate at that time, based on acceptance we usually can start that day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 15+ years experience in the industry. Completed multiple training programs for pool and spa equipment such as Jandy Hayward and Pentair. Work experience with industrial and commercial swimming pools and spas, ex. Swim schools and apartment complexes.
