After receiving multiple bids of up to $20,000 for mold remediation in the crawl space of our home we were about ready to throw in the towel, as our insurance did not cover the cost. Luckily, I stumbled across Thumbtack and took several more bids which were lower than the big nationwide companies but still not viable options . Fortunately, Texas Emergency Restoration came through for us and did everything we needed; drying out the crawl space, removing the mold and all the rotten affected areas such as the sub floor, part of the decking and areas of sheet rock etc. JT and Colten were extremely personable, professional, thorough, fair and last but not least...Affordable! The money we saved will mitigate the cost of replacing all of the material that had to be torn out. I would gladly recommend them to anyone in need of this service!

They were able to dry out walls, ceilings, & carpet in a timely fashion. 6 rooms were flooded and they did a great job. Very professional. I like that they kept me involved in what they were doing by explaining each step in the process

    Prices vary, no restoration job is the same. A complimentary property inspection will be completed then we will deliver a detailed report with work to be completed based on the damage(s) found.

    1. Schedule Property Inspection 2. Locate the source of water intrusion 3. Complete any testing if required by state or local government 4. Provide a detailed Estimate 5. Provide a detailed Report of work to be completed
