We’ve just moved-in our new home but unfortunately the water is not safe to drink. So, I immediately to for professional in water filtration system. I just called them in the afternoon then the next day all works are completed.
Mr Roger and his staff are both knowledgeable and very professional. They even showed and explain to me the process and the results of water test. I’ m satisfied woth their service.

Did great work on my water softener installation. Understood our needs and gave us clear options to choose. We had requested to cut out sheet wall to avoid pipes running outside the walls. After looking at the pipes layout the installer was able to do a bypass on the main water line from the attic in the garage which saved us a lot of money and unnecessary labor. Very professional installation at a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

DFW Water softeners did amazing work. They made this whole process easy. I purchased equipment we wanted online and they were here less than 2.5 hours completing the install! The plumber who did the plumbing on our new build house made it sound like it was going to be a whole ordeal and 8 hours of work. I had an excellent experience with Roger. We need a knowledgeable, honest professional to install a whole house water conditioner and Roger is exactly what we are looking for. When he first came in he gave us great suggestions based on our needs, answered all of our questions and concerns. Installation is fast, clean and solid, he did exactly what he planned for us with all the little details we requested. He is passionate and knowledgeable when it comes to the water filtration business due to his previous professional background and he has really good product to offer with reasonable price. Had Roger’s tech install whole house water filtration system. We used our own equipment and the guys did the install. Price was as quoted without any up charges. I noticed a slow leak from pipe with a few days of installation. Contacted DFW Water Softener and they came next day to fix the issue. I’m a happy customer. Great service and very reasonable pricing. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Since every installation is different a sight visit is required to give a most accurate price. Most range from $2,000 to $4,000 for whole house water softener and filter. RO installations range from $150 to $500. 5% discount for first responders, teachers, military, religious leaders.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introduction over the phone, site visit, present estimate, 50% deposit and collect balance at completion of job. Free follow up visits upon request.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started as an operations manager leading two helpers installing 1 to 2 systems a day since 2019. I have personally completed hundreds installations and over 100 RO units installations. I passed a difficult state examination to receive the highest-ranking state license as a Water Treatment Specialist III.
