Rescheduled on me twice today and then ended up saying they rang my doorbell bell and Waite do me for 40 minutes at the end of the day and that I no showed them. I was working at my desk about 20 feet from the door and the doorbell. They called me and all I heard was on hold music. Waited for a minute then hung up. They then texted me and said we got disconnected somehow. I called back and got an answering service of some guy that seemed like he was in a third world country. Wasted my whole day. They texted again offering to come out but no offer for wasting all my time. So much for the free estimate and free service call. Turns out it didn’t cost them anything but the dollars to thumbtack and it cost me my whole day.
