- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
***If you are looking for the cheapest option, please look elsewhere!*** Each job is different, and as such, every job has a different price! We cannot give quotes over the phone because of this. However, a good point to note ahead of time is that we do not compete on being the lowest price. Our pricing reflects the quality of our work, professionalism, warranties we stand behind, and the level of customer service we provide to homeowners throughout the DFW area.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will gather your information, talk you through our process of: setting up an appointment, coming out to your home to diagnose your plumbing issue, then provide you with a breakdown of how we will make repairs via an in-person estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have Plumbers of various licenses including: Responsible Master Plumber, Journeyman Plumber, Apprentices.
