- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
On the job training, annual continuing education and state licensing, Responsible Master Plumber is the highest plumbing license in the State of Texas, without it you can’t even run a business or qualify for proper insurance
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got into plumbing supply to learn all of the materials being used in the trade for a year, then applied to be an apprentice, and after years of on the job training and testing, I was able to achieve the rank and license of responsible master plumber.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure they are licensed, Plumbers are required to provide their license when asked, without the correct licensing or company that person may not be insured, and therefore, if they do damage in your home, the homeowner may not be able to get it covered under insurance due to hiring an unlicensed contractor
