- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We currently offer 10% off discounts to senior citizens, current or former military, and first responders. We offer 100% financing options, and accept cash, check, and credit cards.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process begins with a complete complimentary home inspection to diagnose the proper solution that best fits your home. We will give you our assessment, and give you the option to choose who you believe is best suited for the work that needs to be done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are fully licensed with the Texas Department of Agriculture with Certified applicator status. We also maintain general liability and worker's compensation insurance.
