Julian with North TX Insulation was terrific!! He came out the same day we called him, inspected our attic insulation and quoted us a very reasonable price, and could do our attic the next day! He showed up the next morning, vacuumed out what was left of our old insulation, then re-caulked all seams and openings and blew 14 inches of new insulation throughout, all that afternoon. He did a fantastic job, all in one day, and for much less than our first estimate! We highly recommend North TX Insulation!

We were looking at quotes to get our attic insulation done as it hasn’t been done since probably the 70’s. We recently had a new AC system put in but it was still struggling. We were told that we need to be better insulated, NTX came in and took care of it at an affordable price! They were communicative, personable and fast! Job done in just over an hour. Our house has stayed temp since. They also offer a free top off in the winter. Will be referring to others!

Originally gave Jorge 5 stars but after I paid him $1,500 for insulation add on he ghosted me and didn't follow through on what he agreed to do so I am updating my review. After he completed my insulation work, Jorge sealed an area on my home that was allowing mice to get into the attic. He told me to monitor the situation and to call him soon to come back and check and see if mice were still getting in and to check the traps he set in the attic. Well about 3 weeks later I noticed that mice had removed some of the stuff he used to seal the opening so I contacted him to let him know and ask if he could come seal the area on the roof again. He then proceeds to ignore all of my text and calls at that point. After about 10 days of reaching out he finally responds and apologizes and says he will get to it today or tomorrow. I ask him a time and again he just stops responding. All in all I spent 2 weeks trying to contact this guy and he simply ghosted me after he got my money. I looked over his negative reviews following this situation and he has done this to many others. Sad because the guy was nice so I recommended him to one of the biggest fix and flip investors in the HEB area after he originally completed work. I'm glad I was able to walk that recommendation back before he was given more people to screw over. Claiming to run a business but ghosting clients is one of the most unprofessional things you can do. Hire him at your own risk. I highly recommend using Eli (512-437-1534) for insulation work. He is cheaper and will not ghost you like a child
