- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Haircuts are $15. Styles start at $10 & go up. Color starts at $45 and goes up. Highlights/dimensional color starts at $30 and goes up. Treatments are $10, $15, & $20 depending. Shampooing is $4 & $7 depending on the products used. Since we are an exclusively Paul Mitchell salon, we sell Paul Mitchell styling and hair care products, and use only Paul Mitchell color.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I spend time consulting with a new client. I feel communication is key to a satisfying customer experience in my chair. I want to help my guests to achieve their image goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have thirty years experience. I have owned my own business and have worked in the corporate world as well. I have been trained by many corporate salons in my career, as well as educated within those corporations.
