- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Some of our services do have set pricing. We also do many custom projects that have individual prices per project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. After sending my introduction and offer of a free quote, I wait for the customer to contact me. We can then set up a time for me to visit the property at their conveniance. 2. We visit the property and take measurements and get details of the project. I will cover all options, solutions or concerns that I feel need to be addressed. We inform the customer how long it will take for the quote to be emailed, based on the nature of the project. 3. Once completed, the estimate is emailed to the customer. We ask that the customer contact us if they have any questions or would like to accept the quote. We do not like to pressure customers in any way. Once accepted, Ascot Fence can take on all responsibility for the project. We handle all aspects of the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
15 years experience of industrial, commercial and residential construction. Superintendent on large natural gas project for 2 years. Outdoor residential construction for 7 years with over 2500 projects completed.
