I have had several companies over the past 25+ years come clean my carpets and/or tile and have been some what satisfied with the quality of work. I had Barefoot Carpet Care come and from the first conversation to the actual preparation and cleaning, to the handshake good bye was superb! Jeremy was very polite, extremely knowledgeable and provided his recommendation for what my expectations were. He explained what he would be doing, approximately how long he thought it would take. Now this is something no other company had done, he put up guards for the corners so that his equipment wouldn't rub against my walls. This proves he is not only looking to perform quality services but is also conscious of the consumers home & possessions. Rating this company from 1-10, I would definitely give a 10+ with no hesitation, Barefoot Carpet Care will be the only company I call and will recommend going forward! Thank you Jeremy for all you do!

I have multiple pets and contacted Barefoot Carpet Care to clean my carpets. They were able to remove the stains, odors and hair which I truly didn't expect. I appreciated Jeremy explaining their products and how they work. The price was right and the results were fantastic! I definitely recommended them.

We had to get the carpet cleaned by the end of the day today so that our landlord could do a walk through tomorrow morning in order for us to resign our lease. I spent 3 hours calling companies to find the right one that could do the job well for the best value on Tuesday. I was very happy when Jeremy said he could have someone come out on Saturday from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. However, not only did they NOT show, they didn't even call me. Now it is 1 in a half hours after their appointment and I'm at Home Depot renting cleaners because I have NO OTHER CHOICE but to do it on my own at the last minute. I honestly have never been more frustrated with any business, EVER!

Not only is this an unfair review but also not true. I am sorry that you felt inconvenienced after we booked an appointment for you after our normal business hours and on a holiday weekend because we go above and beyond for our customers and was happy to do that. Our Technician did in fact place a courtesy call to you prior to the appointment time and also left a message for you to call us back to confirm the appointment, which is normal practice. This call was placed three hours prior to the appointment as per the call log submitted for our records. We never received a call back from you until 6:45 p.m. which was 45 minutes after the scheduled appointment time. I don't know what more we could have done by the time that you decided to call us back. Our normal business hours on Saturday are from 10:00 am until 4:00 pm.

Barefoot Carpet Care was a great choice for my project. I had an emergency situation come up when a different company cancelled at the last minute, but I called Barefoot and they handled everything even though it was very short notice. Jeremy went out of his way to accommodate my specific carpet cleaning needs as well as my tight schedule, and found a way to make it work even though I live in a condo that is difficult to get in to. And the carpet turned out clean and smelled great even though it has been through its fair share of pet accidents.The service was very professional and they give personal attention to the client's needs. I would definitely recommend this company for any carpet cleaning projects.

The best training in any job is experience and we have over 18 years in the industry. We clean residential and commercial carpet, tile and grout, and upholstery. No job is too big for us.
