The toppings create the excitement. And the taste, simply irresistible! We offer a unique menu featuring 3 kinds of made-from-scratch, incredibly delicious biscuits. Choose from our Herb & Cheddar, Sourdough or Jalapeño & Cheddar biscuit and then let us load it up with your choice of scrumptious toppings. For our classic Biscuits & Gravy, we ladle on country gravy and top it off with sausage, candied bacon, a sprinkling of chopped green onions and fresh jalapeños if you like a little heat. For BBQ lovers, we top the biscuit with our tender pulled pork drenched in honey bbq sauce. Then we add a few onion slices and jalapeño potato chips for the perfect tangy crunch. On the sweet side, our Oh my! Monkey bread is a pull apart masterpiece of bite size pieces of croissant dough rolled in sugar and spices, baked in a brown sugar butter sauce and topped with chopped pecans. Oh my! Our Belgian Waffle is the real deal, made with pearl sugar that caramelizes into yumminess when heated. Choose chocolate chip or vanilla bean. Syrup and fruit topping available. We used Flat Top Biscuits and Gravy for our Christmas Breakfast at our office and what a hit it was! Everyone thought the biscuits were delicious and the toppings that were offered. The Belgium waffles were so good and very filling! Dillon and Tiffany were here and ready to go at 8:00. It was raining and they even set up a canopy that covered between their truck and our door. Will 100% recommend them and when the need arises for another catering service, they will be at the top of the list!

I had invited them to a school event and everyone loved their food. Their tent is super cute which made our event look extra festive. The food was loved by everyone especially the biscuit and gravy. I will definitely invite them over again!

We launched Flat Top Biscuits & Gravy last year at Keller Farmers Market on Saturday mornings. We expanded our market by participating in a handful of DFW 3 day festivals. As we continued to grow within our community, we added catering, and are focusing on serving local businesses, neighborhood schools and churches.
