- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price every menu to the customers needs, my range is from $12 per person to $75+ per person
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once I know the style of event, number of people and budget I create a custom menu for them. Once they have decided on a menu I send them an official estimate for them to look over. I do online estimates, invoices, and receive payments for your convenience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended culinary school and graduated at the top of my class with a savory and a pastry degree. I have worked every type of restaurant from vegan to steak house. I have catered events of 2 people, to 600 people.
