An absolute rip-off. Do not hire this company.I hired this service for an intimate indoor bridal shower of 8 guests, expecting a high-end, premium hibachi experience. Instead, I paid $1,800 for sub-par, "prison-style" food and incredibly unprofessional service.Despite discussing the timeline at length prior to the event, the chef arrived an hour late. They then took two hours to cook, letting the food sit out in the Texas heat before serving everything all at once. They cooked our meal on an outdoor grill not even used my kitchen and stove as discussed. The promised progression of mocktails and appetizers never happened. Instead, we were served a soggy iceberg lettuce salad with no toppingsnot even a croutonon cheap plastic plates. The main meal was just as bad: cold, gristly beef strips, a massive clump of overcooked grey looking rice, tiny bits of chicken, and what looked like canned vegetables. To make matters worse, they forgot the mango peach tea entirely. The lack of basic hygiene and organization was shocking. They took everyone's drink cups to the kitchen to refill them and brought them back with no idea whose cup belonged to whom. After dinner, they cleared our dirty dinner plates, sat them on the kitchen counter, and reused them to serve dessert without washing them. The only reason I am giving 1 star is because they cleaned up the kitchen before leaving. Do not be fooled by their website or good reviews like I was. They talk a big game but deliver an absolute nightmare. I cant believe in good conscious they could take my money .
