- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
we have a $39.95 Service Call fee which will be waived from any approved same day repair. We also provide free Estimate/Second opinion on new system Installs. We have very comprehensive annual maintenance membership packages that can really give you all sorts of discounts on all kind of work needed for your unit in the future.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
our Lovely dispatcher will be calling to get some details about your needs and schedule a visit from our experienced technician to come out and visit you and check the problem and give you a couple of options for the fix .
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
EPA certification. Continuous education on new products and energy efficient programs out there in the market. NATE certification.
