Had Temperaturepro install new Lenox heat and a/c heat pump. Two years ago and just had a service check with them. Morgan and his trainee were very professional, courteous and answered my questions. Find them to be a very honest reliable business.

I have used TemperaturePro for my Home Warranty repairs and preventative maintenance and I have received outstanding customer service each time. I just had my annual preventative maintenance done on my AC unit and Cory Hatton the technician had exceptional customer service skills. He took the time to explain and walk me through everything he did and explained in detail what he was checking for regarding any issues that I might have or could possibly have come up. He was very knowledgeable and made sure I was taken care of and answered all my questions and concerns. I would also like to acknowledge Max who was very helpful and also provided great customer service.

we have a $39.95 Service Call fee which will be waived from any approved same day repair. We also provide free Estimate/Second opinion on new system Installs. We have very comprehensive annual maintenance membership packages that can really give you all sorts of discounts on all kind of work needed for your unit in the future.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
our Lovely dispatcher will be calling to get some details about your needs and schedule a visit from our experienced technician to come out and visit you and check the problem and give you a couple of options for the fix .
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
EPA certification. Continuous education on new products and energy efficient programs out there in the market. NATE certification.
