FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to keep my prices for doing a make ready home reasonable and have been told my prices are low. I do this because I am also a consumer and I know that all work does not have to be expensive. A fair price for a great job, makes for good business.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to ask the customer what exactly do they want done. I explain to them what I will do and exactly what I will charge. I also explain about the contract and that I stand behind all my work and will redo any job that they feel is not what they were expecting. I also like to explain that all things can't be cleaned to new and will point out why this is true.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As residential cleaners we do a lot of networking with other companies sharing information about our trade. We get a lot of helpful tips from one another.
