- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always try to keep my client around there spending limits and meet negotiable pricing to may both parties satisfied.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to introduce myself and my crew members do a thorough walk through with client showing my guys what needs to be done at the same time placing my guys in the work areas to get started on job for completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20 years experience while consistently attending seminars/training to stay updated with the cleaning industry. I also attended a franchise course with Jani King.
